Today, this airfield is the heliport of Paris-Issy-les-Moulineaux. At the turn of the century, two famous artists used to visit the town: Auguste Rodin and Henri Matisse. But apparently they did not like to stay.

With the solid experience of being twinned with 10 cities, including 2 cooperation agreements in Togo (Dapaong) and Armenia (Etchmiadzine), for the past fifty years Issy-les-Moulineaux has shown its wish to conduct a dynamic international policy, designed to promote exchanges between citizens from many distant horizons.
